Nevada Unemployment eFile Information

In order to file the NV_NUCS-4072_FORM with the state of Nevada for companies, Aatrix Software will need to be granted User Agent Access for each company. Please follow the instructions below to grant us Agent Access:

1. Create a new profile by clicking on the "Sign Up" hyperlink at https://nui.nv.gov/ESS/_/ and go through the registration process
2. Once the profile is set up and linked the UI Account to the the profile, select "Manage My Profile" on the right side.
3. Select the "More" tab.
4. Locate the "Access Management" and select "Manage My Access".
5. Search for Aatrix Software with our email address: efileadministrator@aatrix.com. Please note this email is not monitored by our Support Team.
6. Set the Access Level for us to File Wage Reports and Make Payments.
